GLUTEN DISCLAIMER
When we opened the business in 2021 we made a decision as a business to limit the presence of Gluten in our food. And while obviously our core products are gluten based we do provide a gluten free bun. A big important business decision for us from the very start was to increase our budget on food to give our customers the very best products on the market.
We handcut our chips everyday and our team of chefs blanch them in our prep kitchen daily and they are fried to order with our fresh rosemary sea salt. We are aware of the increasing demand for gluten free in everyday diets for families so we do simple things like spend more money on gluten free flours and other products so that all our customers can enjoy our food.
Our team at puck work endlessly to ensure measures are in place to avoid cross contamination and we do this by carefully storing products and ensuring all staff are trained in company policies.
