ABOUT US

WE HAVE A PASSION FOR ETHICAL AND AUTHENTIC FOOD, PREPARED WITH FUN.
It’s always sunny at Puck!

Good-time burgers, full bodied coffees and an always sunny state of mind.

Puck was born out of a love of ethical and authentic food and drinks served with a side of Californian sunshine.

We value highlighting the area’s local, honest producers with no frills cooking and banging flavours, served with a smile.

Spot our pastel pink and blue Puck Truck that brings a Miami vibe to Portmarnock Sports and Leisure Centre.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Aoibheann developed a passion for cooking and a flair for hospitality whilst working as a chef in West Cork after studying at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School. After working in top cafes and restaurants in Ireland and London; Aoibheann returned home just before the pandemic hit. “It was actually the best thing that ever happened to me,” says Aoibheann, “because it gave me the courage to say, I can start something here, I can do something. I have a vision of what I want to do. . . . And that's how Puck came about.”

The foodie founder decided to open a food truck because it was a low cost, flexible and feasible way to start out, and also a safe way for people to eat out during lockdown. For Aoibheann, “the whole thing about Puck is that it’s simple. It’s really good. And it’s really good fun as well.”

Since Puck’s success, Aoibheann has joined forces with Portmarnock Sports and Leisure Centre, open Wednesday to Sunday.
